Gangadhar Thalla
FounderWith humble beginnings of his career trajectory as a Trainee at Datamatics Global Services Ltd. in 1995, he exited as the Delivery Head in 2017. Backed by a strong background in Content Management, he closely worked with key client portfolio like Lexis Nexis, Wolterskluwer and Schaffhauser Nachrichten, leading newspaper companies in Germany.
Shifting Datamatics' base to Nashik (India), he was entrusted with the responsibility of set-up and development of Datamatics Publishing Division. Starting with the core resource team of 10, he successfully groomed and mentored, building a 300 personnel strong team in a matter of years. He gathered a stellar experience spread across 23 years.
In 2017, He joined tool-e-byte GMBH. With that he laid down the foundation of India operations. His dedicated efforts took shape as tool-e-byte, India was established in the 2018 with him leading charge as the Managing Director of India Operations.
Academically, he is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics from Osmania University and holds a PG Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from the University of Mumbai. Furthermore, He is a certified Internal ISMS and ISO Auditor. And he is has cleared the A1 (Level1) in the German language from Max Müller Bhavan.
Gopal Banerjee
Head – BFSIGopal is the Head of Banking and Financial Services at Technostratus. Gopal is responsible for driving operational excellence in the BFSI domain. With over 20 years of experience in managing operations and leading business analysis, Gopal brings a wealth of expertise BPM outsourcing. Prior to joining Technostratus, he held key positions in several reputable IT organizations, including Innodata Isogen, Planman, Datamatics, KGL, and BDO India.
Gopal's career is marked by extensive leadership in IT and IT-enabled services, with a focus on operations management, process improvements, and strategic client relations. In his role as Delivery Manager at KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd., Gopal has demonstrated his proficiency in overseeing process optimization, resource allocation, and P&L management. During his tenure as Manager - Operations at Datamatics Global Services, he successfully led large-scale ePublishing and BFSI projects, emphasizing profitability and client satisfaction. His strategic acumen and dedication to nurturing client partnerships make him a valuable asset for contributing at the strategic board level.
Gopal holds a Graduate degree and an Advanced Diploma in Software Management, in addition to being a Certified Scrum Master.
Pratik Deshmukh
Project ManagerWith experience over 13 years in the Publishing Industry, he has vast technical knowledge on XML, ePub and Transcriptions. Over the years he has worked on different Client Projects based in USA and Europe. He has previously worked over a decade with Lumina Datamatics and later with tool-e-byte India for 3 years. During his career at Lumina Datamatics he started as Apprentice and later with his technical skills and knowledge he growed as a Team lead working on different Projects.
At tool-e-byte, he started as a Pre-Sales Team Lead wherein he was responsible for creating samples for new Projects and getting it approved from the Customer and upon successful approval of Project, he was responsible for training and transitioning the Live Project to the Production team. Later at tool-e-byte he was given additional responsibility of Managing different Projects of Digitization, ePubs, Transcriptions/Translations, Image recreations/digitization and Customer support for European clients.
He holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
